Mental Health Webinar for Caregivers of Adolescents
We are SO excited to share with you that St. Mary’s Next Gen Ministry is hosting a Mental Health Webinar for parents & caregivers of teens & preteens! It will be led by Erica Lush, a mental health professional who is registered with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
The focus of this webinar will be mental health in adolescents, with a particular focus on depression & anxiety, and how parents/caregivers/families can effectively & practically engage these issues. There will be a Q&A time during the session.

Erica Lush (MDiv, Clinical Counselling) is a member with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association and is operating her own private practice based in St. John’s, NL. She offers a variety of online & in-person services, including webinars like this one, and individual & family counselling. She has 17 years of experience working & volunteering with adolescents in a faith & mental health capacity, 7 of which were spent in full-time youth ministry, and 5 of which have been spent offering professional mental health services. Erica values the importance of the partnership between faith & mental health support. She has been married for 12 years & has 4 kids: Sawyer (5), Ella & Leeland (3, the sweetest little twins), & River (1). She is also passionate about food, friends, and seeing people reach their full level of health & wholeness.
