Humanitarian Aid for the Ukrainian: Matching funds from Canadian Gov’t.

.
Thousands of people have been displaced as a result of the current crisis in the Ukraine.  The Canadian government has made $10 million dollars of matching funds available for donations made by individuals to the Canadian Red Cross until 18 March.  The Red Cross and Red Crescent agencies are focusing their efforts on providing humanitarian aid to these displaced persons both in the Ukraine and the surrounding countries. The St. Mary’s Outreach Committee and your parish leaders encourage you to consider contributing to help support the people of the Ukraine in this dire moment.  To access secure websites links to donate to the Red Cross or other Canadian aid agencies, please click on the images below.
